We founded TAPAL because we saw a gap in the industry.
Too often, beautiful design came at the expense of durability. Or sustainable choices meant sacrificing style. Or great products were paired with transactional service that left teams feeling unsupported.
We knew it could be better.

Co-founderFrom logistics to order fulfillment, I keep things moving. With a construction background and a genuine love of the build process, from the first idea to the finished result, I bring a mix of organization, problem-solving, and multitasking to keep operations flowing smoothly. And when the orders are stacking up, I can somehow out-lift the rest of the crew. Don’t ask me how.
Jessie Lapointe
Co-founderPart strategist, part creative, and entirely obsessed with the details. Leading our Sales, Marketing, and Business Development efforts means I’m usually juggling a dozen things at once, but that’s exactly how I like it. I live for deep-diving into product specs and helping clients refine their design choices, all while keeping one eye firmly on the horizon.

Co-founderLead generation, partnerships, and sales are what I do best. I’m relationship-driven, steady on follow-through, and always ready to jump in when needed. I bring calm, positive energy when things get chaotic, helping move opportunities and partnerships forward while keeping the process productive, and a little fun along the way.
Ali Halat
Co-founderTech geek with a passion for design and building things. I keep our systems humming behind the scenes - supporting the team, streamlining the tools we rely on, and making sure everything stays connected and efficient. And because we’re a hands-on crew, you’ll also find me packing and loading orders right alongside everyone else when it’s time to get things out the door.
